Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Celerscale is operated by Narverse Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Celerscale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Celerscale is an AI platform for producing short-form video and images — memes, slideshows, wall-of-text posts, talking-head clips and generated ads — and for scheduling and publishing them to social platforms you connect. The service is provided "as is", and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
An account is created the first time you sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure, and for everything done under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you must be at least 16, unless your country sets a lower digital age of consent and a parent or guardian has consented
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to buy a paid plan
- One person or organisation per account; do not share access to your inbox or your session
- You must give an accurate email address and keep it current — it is how we reach you and how you sign in
4. Free Trial, Credits and Billing
New accounts start on a free trial with a fixed credit allowance. Credits are consumed when a model or a renderer does work for you — writing copy, generating images and video, voiceovers, transcription, and rendering the finished clip. Scheduling and publishing do not consume credits.
- The credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it, and is reserved when the work starts
- Credits consumed by completed work are not returned: the provider that did the work has already been paid
- Where work fails on our side and produces no output, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically
- Paid plans renew each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for
- Prices and credit rates may change. Changes apply from your next billing period and never retroactively
- One trial per person. Creating additional accounts to obtain further trial credits is a breach of these Terms
5. Your Conduct
You are responsible for everything you create with Celerscale and for everywhere you publish it. You agree not to use the service unlawfully, or in a way that damages or degrades it for anyone else.
- Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or the trial allowance
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
- Do not resell or redistribute the media libraries we provide inside the product
6. AI-Generated Content
Celerscale produces video, imagery, voice and text using third-party AI models. What you generate is yours to publish, and yours to be responsible for.
- You must not generate a real person’s likeness or voice without their consent, or produce misleading synthetic media of real people or events
- Where a platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled, applying that label is your responsibility
- Model output can be wrong, and the copyright status of AI output differs between jurisdictions. We make no warranty that generated content is original, accurate, or protectable
- Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, or to generate unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content
7. Connected Social Accounts
You can connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts so that Celerscale can publish on your behalf. Connecting always begins with you, from Settings — we never request access in the background.
- By using our YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of other connected platforms, including TikTok, is subject to their applicable terms and policies
- We publish only what you submit, schedule, or authorise through an autopilot you configure. With TikTok inbox upload, you finish posting in TikTok; direct posting is available only when enabled and authorised
- You remain the author and publisher of everything posted to your accounts through Celerscale, and are responsible for it under each platform’s rules
- You can disconnect from Settings → Connections or revoke access from the platform’s own security settings. Disconnecting stops new publishing from that connection; content already submitted may finish processing. It does not delete previously published posts or automatically erase stored connection history
The permissions we request from each platform, and what we do with the data they return, are itemised in our Privacy Policy.
8. Media Libraries
Celerscale provides libraries of clips, images, music and templates for use inside the product. They are licensed to you for creating and publishing your own content, for as long as your account is active.
- You may use library media in content you generate and publish through the service
- You may not extract, redistribute, or resell library media on its own
- We may add to, change, or retire library items; content you have already produced is unaffected
9. Your Content and Our Licence
The content you create belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit it solely in order to run the service for you — rendering it, keeping it in your library, and delivering it to the platforms you choose. That licence ends when you delete the content. We do not publish, redistribute, or use your content for marketing without your separate written permission.
10. Availability and Third-Party Providers
The service depends on third-party AI providers, storage and payment processors. Their outages become ours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a generation may fail for reasons outside our control — in which case reserved credits are returned.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for conduct that breaches these Terms or that harms other users, us, or a third party — including abuse of the free trial. You may close your account at any time; deleting it removes your content and disconnects any connected platform accounts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms. Where a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the following.
- Nothing here removes a mandatory right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence
- If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of your local mandatory law and may bring proceedings in your local courts
- If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing here limits a non-waivable right under the law of your state
- We would rather resolve a dispute informally — write to support@celerscale.com before starting proceedings
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and the rights you have over it — including the data returned by any social platform you connect.
16. Contact
