CREATE. REVIEW. PLAN.

A clear path from draft to calendar.

01 / CONNECT

Bring your accounts together.

Connect the social accounts you want to use for the current brand workspace. Supported destinations include Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, subject to account requirements and platform permissions.

02 / REVIEW

Check the finished content.

Open the content preview, refine the text or media, and make sure the format fits the destination. A ready-to-share draft makes scheduling a deliberate decision rather than a last-minute edit.

03 / SCHEDULE

Choose a place in the week.

Select the connected account and posting time. Review the date and timezone before scheduling, then return to Calendar to see the post’s status alongside the rest of your brand’s content.

Build a repeatable routine with Autopilot.

For an ongoing campaign, give Autopilot a content direction, choose a cadence, and use the available review settings. Your brand context stays with the campaign while the calendar helps you see the week as a whole.

Automatic publishing depends on each platform’s permissions and the delivery mode. TikTok inbox delivery requires a final step in the TikTok app; it should not be treated as an already-published post.

Know what happens after scheduling.

Will a scheduled post always publish automatically?

Publishing requires a valid account connection, supported media, and the necessary platform permissions. Check the post’s status in Calendar. A disconnected account or platform error may require your attention.

What happens with TikTok drafts?

When TikTok inbox delivery is used, the content is sent to TikTok for you to finish there. Complete the final publishing step in the TikTok app.

Can I keep multiple brands separate?

Yes. Each brand workspace keeps its own profile, content, and connected accounts. Billing and credits are shared across eligible workspaces, within your plan’s limits.
